In the skyscraper, which functions as a vertical city, is a spa center and a restaurant, stretched through two floors. Two activities run past each other, escalating and descending from floor to floor. Their architecture elements are intertwined nad complementary to each other. The instiparion comes from the rocky seashore, underwater rock formations and the passing of light through the water surface.
