22 Bishopsgate, a people-focused workplace, is not only the first major London building to embody the structural and cultural shifts in how we work and live, it's also the first UK building to apply for the WELL Building Standard, providing a healthier environment to work and reside in.
Level 2 is home to a restaurant, culture space, ‘Speakeasy’, wine bar, outdoor terrace and 20,000 sq ft food market comprising of four kiosks - one of which is a rotating concept selected by tenants.
Creating a timeless and highly polished aesthetic, the concept drew inspiration from the crafted ethos of the London guilds. Seeking to emulate their noble objectives, encouraging the essence of community and collaboration, the neutral colour palette interspersed with bursts of colour from bespoke painted murals, natural materials and oak arches communicated a sense of balance and harmony, allowing guests to share experiences.
Setting the standard for future developments, 22 Bishopsgate is a remarkable feat of physical and social engineering, with The Market designed with mental and physical well-being in mind, creating a stylish dining experience that embraces the past and looks to the future.
