With the vision of creating a new “gateway to the beach,” the 29,000 sq ft Beach Club offers residents public access to the pristine beaches so revered along Florida’s panhandle. The informal, coastal atmosphere evoked in the Club’s design manifests through a series of indoor-outdoor related spaces – offering members a seamless relationship with the buildings and the natural environment.

The building, and its surround, is evocative of the simple forms and Bermudian aesthetic – where poetic modes of design lay fertile ground to the pristine ocean. The interior design of the common spaces throughout the Beach Club enlists classic, white stucco and concrete, tiled roofs playing up the simple forms intrinsic to the local vernacular.

Centered around a courtyard pool, over-sized cabanas, towering palms and tucked-away enclaves inspire club members to truly immerse themselves into a setting defined by effortless style and refined luxury. A balletic spiral staircase stands firmly – yet effects a feeling a motion – dancing through the smooth curves that ripple up to the very top of the Club’s tower.
