Nestled amidst the lush tranquility of Sian Ka'an Reserve lies Casa Uh K'aay, a beach retreat of grandeur and grace. Designed to embody high-end hospitality, its symmetry invites one to bask in the comfort of two master and two junior suites that sit gracefully either side of a central living abode. Raised aloft amidst the rustling palms and tropical trees, this haven seems to float upon the gentle sea breeze. Decks of wooden majesty stretch forth from each room, inviting one to fully immerse in the lush vegetation that surrounds. A rooftop terrace of breathtaking beauty awaits, offering views unrivaled - of the sea, jungle and the estuary that lies beyond. In adherence with the strict, low-density regulations, this property spans 2 hectares with a mere 400 sq mts of construction and 100 meters of beachfront. As the Reserve lies untouched by the conveniences of electricity and fresh water, the dwelling was crafted with self-sustenance in mind. Solar panels and wind turbines generate power, stored in a battery bank for use, while rainwater from the roof is captured and stored in tanks below. A harmonious blend of luxury and eco-consciousness, Casa Uh K'aay is a true gem.
