Located in the heart of the world-famous coastal city Cebu, the project is the second urban mixed-use complex developed by the Golden Topper Group in the Philippines. Integrating the functions of hotel, office and residence, the 160-meter-high tower buildings embrace the bustling cityscape of Cebu and expansive ocean views.
The design theme "a vacation life accompanied by clouds and the sea" is inspired by the abundant local natural element, such as clouds, sea, islands, and the waterfront. In order to create a chic international vacation experience, the designers try to incorporate modern, fluid landscape art and a relaxing hotel-style ambiance.
The shadows of coconut trees sway betwixt the clouds and sea, and the turquoise pool reflects the golden sunrays. The space is full of fluidity. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, everything here returns to tranquil nature.
The overall landscape design creates an atmosphere that integrates leisurely hotel-style experience with urban "micro vacation" experience, and blends a luxurious hotel resort style into community life. The quality of space is enhanced by landscape layout, exquisite craftsmanship and special material textures.
