This project is a restaurant and bar on the first floor of a new building in downtown Tainan. The space design combines the unique food culture elements of Western restaurants and bars with the profound local artistic and cultural situation in Tainan, creating a dining environment that is exquisite, gorgeous and full of modern atmosphere. The restaurant takes "Flying Flowers and Dancing Butterflies" as the main idea of interior design, transforming the imprint of butterflies that are fluttering and freely traversing the flowers into the space. Through imitation and transformation, the figurative elements are implemented in the dining memory, having a wonderful time with your five senses.
The designer took inspiration from the "Window gratings culture" that prevailed in Tainan since the 1960s and used the unique forging patterns as an essential element of the space. From the wall in the hall, the screen in the dining area, to the back wall of the semi-circular open area, there are many window gratings in gold.
Here, the vision opens good times and spreads to the tip of the tongue and taste. The taste is delicious, and the immersive beauty of overlapping sensory surprises.
