The interior space combines bold geometry with earthy green and amber tones to create a distinctive aesthetic inspired by the works of Richard Artschwager and the pop art movement. Guests are greeted by an oversized resin cast feature light that hovers over the central space as an abstract art piece, and masterpieces from local creators including Melanies Greis, Nakrob Moonmanus, Kitikong Tilokwattanotai and Phannapast “Yoon” Taychamaythakool adorn the space to welcome patrons and hotel guests alike.
Here Peruvian flavours get a Nikkei twist in dishes like ceviche in leche de tigre and the tuna acevichado roll. A selection of corn tortilla tacos nod to Mexico and the robust barbacoa menu includes a Brasilian wagyu and cuts served with Peruvian rubs or chimichurri sauces. The dessert menu is a sweet symphony starring orange and lime churros and a sinful tres leches cake.
