Duomo is a contemporary dining experience in the heart of the lobby of the iconic Dubai EDITION Hotel in Downtown Dubai. The space boasts impressive interior architecture and a remarkable alfresco terrace with unparalleled views of the Burj Khalifa. When designing the impressive space, designers had to carefully consider the visibility of alcohol because of countrywide governmental restrictions. Duomo is an extension of the hotel's lobby and is dramatised by being elevated, giving a grand sense of arrival. The restaurant is distinguished by bright yellow chesterfield settees interspersed with soft leather banquettes that create warmth in a palatial space. The clever seating layout affords each diner uninhibited views of the dramatic arched ceiling and the mesmerising artwork display dynamic display that progresses from abstract patterns to scenes reminiscent of the works of the old masters.
