The Founder's Room transports guests away from the norm and into the glitz and glamour of the 1920’s. To set the stage for an authentic experience, a combination of rich textures and dark hues such as brushed brass, metal mesh, smoked glass and the elegant nero portoro bar marble feature, in harmony, work together as the key finishes throughout the bar. This is complemented by classic club loungers, art deco style fixtures and bespoke niche seating booths that feature a pull-out cocktail drawer that serves as the preparation table for the cigar sommelier.
Clean white arching ceilings hovers across the space to counteract the rather intimate proximity as well as to focus the attention on the signature details of the design. Adjacent to the entrance, is double-sided walk-in humidor with a cigar and wine connoisseur, that alluring guests from the outside in and keeps the guests on the inside staying longer.
With a careful play on low level lighting complementing the overall design elements, this allows the material rich space to seamlessly transform from day to night achieving that cinematic atmosphere. Staying true to the origins of its concept.
