Omega Park is seeking an architectural professional to envision a 120-Key Hospitality Design Concept on the site of the Parc Omega in Quebec, Canada.
Established in 1985, Omega Park opened its doors to the public in 1991. The original concept of the park was a place to discover North American wildlife in a spectacular 2 200 acres site set in the natural scenery of the Outaouais region. The original vision expanded progressively in order to develop and enhance the offer, with a pioneering spirit, whilst respecting nature.
Parc Omega is not just a park or a hotel. It is a place that can integrate people and animals into nature. So the animals, nature and human beings will be combined into a Venn Diagram which will be the main element in the Parc Omega Hotel.
Based on the concept of the Venn diagram. The two-story building complex is designed with different sizes of circles. There are five main circle buildings connected by two pedestrian bridges. Besides that, on the first floor, there are two yards inside the building complex to provide more natural space for visitors or hotel guests.
Bio Bagua+Bhava is an international design studio in Hong Kong specializing in hospitality, residential, commercial and museum projects, founded by interior designer Gavin Leung. We design original and diverse places and products for humans with a professional, positive process and an empathetic voice making them feel happy, loved and full of dreams.
“It is hoped that the people can seek the origin of happiness in the designed space. And that is the reason why Bagua+Bhava appears,” says Leung.
