Nestled on Nepal Hill, an area as lushly forested as it is teeming with knowledge-based organizations, start-ups & business schools, lyf one-north is ideally positioned to cater to the technopreneurs, creatives and self-starters in this vibrant hub with science & tech business parks, malls, pubs, a hospital, all within walking distance of each other.

Mirroring the use of forced perspectives & angles in the architecture of the building, the interior design of lyf one-north uses elements such as anamorphic artwork & visual features to create a dynamic sense of space in the property. This experience is layered seamlessly from the lobby through to the rest of spaces, creating a cohesive & seamless guest experience.

From quirky, tongue-in-cheek neon signs, to carefully positioned visual ‘aha!’ moments, lyf one-north is a testament to how designing for the social media generation need not mean incorporating gaudy or kitschy elements. Instead, the spaces retain a sense of nuance & subtlety through careful curation of colours, textures & finishes.

The property features a flexible mix of studio and loft units, with a range of communal amenities promoting coworking & social spaces.
