The objective of this research is to design a center that promotes the emotional and physical recovery of women, as well as maternal and child education that benefits the family nucleus during the postnatal period, this through the application of the concept of 'Healing Spaces'

Becoming a mother can be considered one of the most important events in a woman's life, childbirth is an overwhelming situation where a new life is created, where enormous amounts of physical and psychological energy are consumed. The postpartum period is a time of great adaptation for many women where they assimilate their new role as a mother while going through physical and emotional changes, therefore this period can be full of moments of peace and happiness, but it can also be difficult and challenging.

The Postpartum Center has relaxation and meditation areas, a medical area equipped with psychologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, and nutritionists, and finally exercise and mindfulness classes, all this to support women emotionally.
For physical support, exercise classes, healthy food, spa, therapy and nutritionists specialized in the subject are proposed. It also has educational spaces.
