Inspired by the way of life in the city of the future, studio designed a collection of four unique villas. Each villa symbolizes a planet with a unique ecosystem, dominant elements and its bespoke design. Located within the Pearl Jumeirah Island, a prestigious residential community in Dubai, Eteya is one of the four futuristic villas whose DNA represents water element.

Showcasing futurism due to curved and bionic lines, shapes, and monumental scales, Eteya’s architecture transports the owner to a new world so that the dreams of true globalists about new horizons become a reality. Lightning installations and water features in the landscape emphasize the core idea. As well as sharp crystal in the entrance area makes it clear where the focal point of the villa is.

The architecture comprises natural stone, glass and metal claddings. The substantial floor-to-ceiling glass facades immediately frame the landscape and enhance the presence of natural light throughout, eliminating the need for arti?cial lighting during daylight hours. To strengthen the relation with the water conception, the architects chose a neutral basis of white and light grey colors for the facades.
