While palette and pattern are rooted in the cloths, aprons, and tools of the traditional sfoglina pasta maker, the design takes flight of fancy, inspired by iconic Italian fashion and art. Think vivid color, lively pattern on pattern, flirty Fiorucci prints, and bold red Murano glass lighting.
The fabulous indoor/outdoor bar, with its operable window wall and curated display, energizes the arrival and patio. Inside, a playful, green-walled seating group sets the tone with a neon proclamation: Eat Pasta Make Love.
The design engages guests in the culinary program. There are layered views of the wine room. An authentic, red-framed pasta room showcases artisans at work. The show kitchen with counter seating takes center stage. The cold pantry, with classic lemon tile, joins the panorama.
Pressed tin ceilings, mid-century inspired furnishings, and curated objects complete the vibe. The design celebrates Fiolina's culinary artistry and Chef Fabio's delicious approach to life.
