Located in a national park - Nui Chua, Aharai Resort is a sensitive and heritage project. The site has two scenery types: an unspoiled beach to the east and a valley in the middle extending to the west with magnificent mountains.
Restrictive-width roadways shall not diminish ground cuts and embankments or harm already-existing landscape slopes. This results in the placement of dwelling units at adequate altitudes for access, in low-lying areas and valleys. A four-shelter compound is designed to have a minimal impact on the environment, assure a variety of use functions, but still maintain each unit's privacy.
The diversity of the local flora allows the place to have its characteristic vegetation without the need for imports from the outside, and to ensure the ecological continuity and the existing biotope of the preserved park also.
In such a luxury eco-resort, the strategy is to optimize the hamlet of nature's beauty so that each visitor experiences a unique communion with wildlife and an impression of solitude.
