What sets Madawa Restaurant apart is its personalized design that is truly unique. The centerpiece installation is a large lantern made of Kamasan painting and a large brass cage. This installation tells the story of the Mahabharata epic where the Pandava army was defeated by the Kauravas during a dice game. Kamasan painting is a typical Balinese painting style that includes several elements such as line composition, shape, color, and wayang characters. This concept has been incorporated into all areas of the restaurant, creating a cohesive and stunning look.
