Socca is a celebration of the South of France in the heart of Mayfair, paying homage to its namesake chickpea flatbread famed of Nice and the Cote d'Azur.
As guests enter through the charming terrace, they are welcomed into ‘The Grand Salon’; a bustling, warm-hued dining room drawing inspiration from French institutions such as La Colombe d’Or with whimsical stylings of Villa Santo Sospir.
The elegantly proportioned dining room is lined with warm timber panelling and deep navy leather seating contrasted against white-clothed tables. The walls are adorned with murals inspired by Jean Cocteau and Raoul Dufy’s paintings of Nice. Taking centre stage is a Breccia Violetta marble raw bar with embossed leather and bronze metalwork, sitting poised beneath grand chandeliers hung from the historic heritage ceiling. At the rear of the dining room is ‘Le Bar’, using a similar palette, lined with timber walls and oxblood leather seating.
The ‘Petit Salon’ is a contrast to ‘The Grand Salon’- a playful, residential-styled dining room, featuring a whimsical mural wrapping around the room, pleated silk wall lights and sunshine yellow drapes that screen off a flexible private dining space.
