An ode to the historic Huntsville Hotel and tavern that once occupied the space during the 20th century, this restaurant has preserved the warmth of parlor culture with a new flair in its contemporary classic styling. The Huntsville Hotel was tragically destroyed in a fire, and the Ember Private Dining Room honors that history, named “ember” to pay homage to the fire that claimed the hotel. The dining room also features restored Hale Brothers Furniture flooring and an accent wall with original brick from the former hotel. Elegant and charming, glossy tiles and exposed brick walls unite to celebrate the venue’s previous life with its contemporary renovation. Inspired by Huntsville’s space legacy, the property showcases art and visual references to the cosmos and various representations of outer space in pop culture and history. Rich dark oaks are contrasted with sleek burnt orange furniture and deep royal blue accents throughout. Warm lighting combined with gold fixtures and frames welcome guests to unwind, relax and gather again.
