Inspired by the client's passion for aviation, the restaurant's design embodies the spirit of air travel by integrating vintage airplane aesthetics and the essence of flight. The 5,200-square-foot space uses large steel enclosures to define areas while maintaining an open, airy feel and connection to the outdoors.
A floating metal rod sculpture serves as a dynamic centerpiece, evoking movement and flying. The strategically positioned expo and bar add vibrancy, with operable windows and full-height window walls providing panoramic views and outdoor dining options.
The design features metal accents, rivets, and leather details, softened by warm wood tones, textiles, and accents of stone, brass, and bronze. The heart of the restaurant is the exposition kitchen, offering locally sourced menus in a welcoming atmosphere that blends culinary delights with the spirit of air travel.
