The restaurant spans approximately 400 square meters and includes a lounge with a generous height of 4 meters, an open kitchen, a closed kitchen, a wine cellar with air and humidity control, an enclosed greenhouse, and dedicated staff areas. The restaurant has 96 seats inside and a terrace with 60 seats.
The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, with no imposed dress code. ""BOSCO – Gourmet Nest"" is primarily about the taste of the food. It's a restaurant suitable for various occasions: a business lunch, a romantic meeting, or a family or friends' dinner.
During the day, natural light floods the space through the glass walls and generous skylight, creating a comfortable ambiance. In the evening, architectural lighting scenarios create a unique atmosphere.
Everything started from the forest and the desire to create a 'gourmet nest' in the heart of nature. Every element of the restaurant honours the natural world: from the abundant wood used for the interior and exterior to the tableware, most of which is made from 100% organic clay.
