Nest at offers a unique and immersive dining experience nestled in the heart of a tropical forest. Elevated among the treetops, this destination redefines Asian Fine Dining cuisine through a perfect fusion of nature, innovative design, and culinary artistry. Combining luxury with sustainability, Nest provides guests with an experience that is both adventurous and indulgent. The experience begins with a stroll along the meandering boardwalk through the jungle’s overgrown vines. The magic of Nest then reveals itself under the canopy of a banyan tree decades in the making. On the ground floor, thatched-roof huts centre around the showcase teppanyaki, where fiery flavours await. Alternatively, guests can ascend the spiral staircase, then cross the bridge to their dining platform suspended six metres in the air.
• Treehouse dining pods: Elevated pods provide an immersive dining experience high within the forest canopy • Sustainable materials: Bamboo, thatch, and wood integrate with the natural surroundings, reducing environmental impact • Asian Avant Garde culinary excellence: A diverse, curated menu draws inspiration from Asian flavors, fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
