The Gordon Ramsay Pub at The Londoner Macao was conceived in line with the overall design approach to the Londoner development at the newly refurbished Casino. With Gordon Ramsay being an anchor for the development in a prominent building façade location.
The outlet is also adjacent to the main Londoner entrance and courtyard which has the Apple Store directly across from the Pub’s front door.
The Bar area has a series of different ceiling treatments all of which reflect activities under. The bar is divided into three areas, The bar, the lounge and the entertainment gallery. The Bar wraps around the room and beside the Lounge area. Where the bar turns around the room we have a small glimpse into the kitchen behind, at his location the bar becomes the food pass for the bar area.
As the outlet transits between the Bar space and the restaurant the kitchen follows the footprint behind allowing for an access to the Kitchen from the main dining hall behind.
Arches in the main dining hall correlate to the windows within the façade of the building exterior.
