The residence’s interior design captures the opulence of the Mayan elite, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. Inspired by the lush jungle, the design features open, elegant spaces ideal for social gatherings, using a calming color palette of cenote green, water blue, and navy blue to evoke tranquility.
Influenced by the Chablé Resort & Spa’s luxury and comfort, the design merges exclusivity with a connection to the surrounding environment. The use of locally sourced materials, like Fiorito Marble, granite, and chukúm-coated walls, alongside regional woods such as Tzalam and Cumarú, enhances the space's elegance and sustainability.
Local artisans contributed textiles and accents, adding cultural richness and supporting the community, while contemporary Mexican artwork provides a modern touch. Sustainability is central, with on-site gardens for local produce and furniture designed for longevity and minimal impact.
In essence, the residence’s design integrates luxury, sustainability, and cultural heritage, offering a sophisticated living environment that honors the Yucatán Peninsula's history and nature.
