Vida Lactea tries to recover the identity of the old dairies, which gradually disappeared at the end of the 20th century with the arrival of the regulations on the unhealthy consumption of fresh milk and the appearance of supermarkets.
In this way, a commercial passage dedicated to dairy products and all its derivatives was created, treating it as a large commercial area of the 21st century.

Vida Lactea works these products in an ice-cream parlour, a coffee shop, a restaurant, specialising in a wide range of different types of milk, taking care of intolerances, offering customers the most specialised and gourmet product.

The design of these spaces uses the same materials as in the original premises, but giving them a more contemporary and updated vision. Tiles of different sizes and finishes, the metal that reminds us of milk jugs and the blue colour stand out, making an aseptic and cold space to favour the maintenance of the milk.
