Situated on a natural cove along the Athenian Riviera, just minutes from central Athens, One&Only Aesthesis spans 21 hectares of lush greenery and 2.2 kilometers of pristine beachfront. Built on the trace of the historic “Asteria” complex, a 1950s landmark in Greek tourism, the resort revives its legacy with a seamless blend of natural beauty, architectural heritage and modern luxury.

The revitalization respects the original ethos of minimalism and mid-century glamour, using local stone and lightweight timber to reimagine the original structures while preserving their integrity. Low-density bungalows are thoughtfully integrated into the landscape, offering privacy, unobstructed views and a deep connection to nature. The layout prioritizes harmony between man-made elements and the environment, allowing the natural setting to take center stage.

Guests enjoy an array of amenities, including outdoor activities, a wellness center and event spaces, all designed to complement the Mediterranean lifestyle. Aesthesis celebrates Athens’ mild climate, combining sustainability, modern design and a timeless spirit to create a world-class retreat that honors its past while embracing the future.
