In the heart of Hong Kong, drawing inspiration from To Kwa Wan's rich history as a cradle of local craftsmanship and artistic expression, this development reimagines urban living through the lens of an "artist's village"—where creativity, community, and daily life seamlessly blend. The project aims to spark cultural renewal while addressing critical housing needs in one of Hong Kong's most historic neighborhoods. This project replaces a cluster of dilapidated 60-year-old buildings with two modern 28-story residential towers. The development will deliver 831 units across 35,507 square meters around Lok Shan Road and Ha Heung Road. Strategically positioned near the new Tuen Ma Line's To Kwa Wan Station and scheduled for completion in September 2027, the development forms part of a comprehensive urban renewal initiative.

As the towers rise, the design incorporates increasingly bold colors and artistic elements, reflecting growing community vibrancy. Curved lines intersect with bold vertical elements, while warm, neutral tones complement sleek metallic accents. The complex's artistic identity emerges through the "artist in residence" theme.
