Rising above the UAE’s Ras Al-Khaimah coastline, Sunshine Bay is a residential development that blends a unique aesthetic—a silver-and-white, yacht-inspired design—with all of the amenities and luxuries needed by the modern individual.
Facing the expanse of the Persian Gulf and standing 13 stories tall, each of its 240 apartments features a large balcony, ensuring that most of its residential units—not just the most rearward ones—can enjoy a view of the nearby waters. These balconies’ curvilinear shapes also form the property’s unique, rippling façade, which mimic the sails of its seabound inspiration.
Additionally, the tower's indoor atrium houses a vertical garden and water features, which, coupled with a more open floor plan that eschews claustrophobic corridors, creates a more pleasant interior microclimate, providing an eco-friendly solution to the UAE’s occasionally hot weather and helping Sunshine Bay meet various sustainability standards, such as Dubai’s key Estidama design initiative.
Standing as a vibrant oasis in a wondrous manmade archipelago, Sunshine Bay offers all of the conveniences needed in a world-class living space, all wrapped up in an eye-catching package.
