Nawayef Villas herald a new way of luxury living, advancing Abu Dhabi’s vision to elevate the Emirate’s global prestige. Perched on hilltops with sweeping sea views and privacy, the villas’ design showcases a contemporary architectural language and minimalist elegance.

The journey into the villa starts with a driveway marked by distinctive modern lantern, an architecturally expressive, volumetric and welcoming space. A sophisticated Grand Hall core space connects living and dining areas, the serene pool deck, and boundless sea views.

Offering panoramic estate views with full-height windows and modern elements, statement features such as dramatic stairs that create a strong sense of arrival, internal courtyards that bring the outdoors in, infinity and rooftop pools, and full-height glass panels maximize breathtaking views, enhancing exclusivity and driving luxury value.

Seamlessly merging tradition and modernity, spatial planning honors cultural customs with spaces like the Majlis for formal gatherings and cozy lounges for family moments. Nawayef Villas embody architectural artistry, providing a distinguished global living experience at Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious address.
