The Victoria Cay project in the Bahamas celebrates the island’s natural beauty by integrating bungalows into the Caribbean landscape, providing stunning ocean and horizon views. Each bungalow is positioned to maximize these views and enhance the connection with nature.
Beyond private accommodations, the design includes communal spaces that promote social interaction and environmental appreciation. We selected materials and light tones that blend seamlessly with the lush surroundings, creating harmony between architecture and nature.
We also redesigned existing areas to preserve and enhance the island’s intrinsic character, ensuring the sanctuary respects and amplifies its natural serenity. This approach offers a unique living experience where residents can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Bahamian landscape.
The project reflects our commitment to sustainable and thoughtful design, with every detail—from bungalow orientation to material choice—contributing to a holistic and enriching environment. Victoria Cay exemplifies how to create spaces that meet functional needs while celebrating the island’s inherent beauty and enhancing quality of life.
