For the renovation of this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 5,290-square-foot beachfront villa, our team drew inspiration from the natural surroundings to create a light, airy environment. The renovation replaced saturated colors with a soft, cool palette, enhancing views of the turquoise sea. The renovation focused on modernizing the interiors by incorporating contemporary elements with organic textures. Our team also repurposed furniture pieces to bolster sustainability efforts. For example, existing mahogany beds and rattan furnishings were maintained and reupholstered locally.
Other highlights include custom lighting, unique accents like bespoke furnishings and local artwork, a bright kitchen, and elegant indoor-outdoor spaces, blending luxury with coastal charm. Uniform new flooring throughout creates a spacious, cohesive look, facilitating the sweeping beachfront views. Mosaic wall tiles in the bathrooms give each space its own unique character and, when paired with luxury plumbing fixtures, create luxurious spa-like environments.
