All selections were made in partnership with the contractor and local vendors to facilitate ease of procurement and maintenance while achieving an elegant result for a discerning clientele. White travertine terraces and pool decks blend into white sand shores, seamlessly blending architectural elements with the site’s context. The kitchens feature a “surfboard” style island with stone and fluted wood bases, cabinets with a cerused wood finish and quartzite stone countertops, and Brokis Knot pendants that evoke sailboats at sea.
