The southern metropolitan area of Guanajuato is considered Mexico's largest marketplace. Moroleón and Uriangato are nationally renowned for being among the country's most important textile producers. Their products are distributed throughout the republic. But not only that, the southern region of Guanajuato is also known for its emblematic traditions, which attract people from all over the country.

In this proyect, we will address one of the region's biggest current problems: irregularity in annual tourism. This thesis is supported by information obtained from various Mexican government agencies, such as INAH, INEGI, etc. We also conducted surveys and interviews, which helped us better understand the issue at hand.

Thus, we propose to create Casa Artisela, a Bed & Breakfast located in the center of Moroleón, Guanajuato. The project will be carried out in an old house protected by INAH, and we propose to develop a project focused on both restoration and recycling.

Keywords: tourism, INAH, restoration, recycling.
