Regalia symbolizes leadership. The building, used as both home and office by the owner of a large family business, features luxurious interiors with Oriental elements designed to impress.

The dining room ceiling, inspired by crowns, complements the walls for a seamless visual effect. Layered ceilings, present throughout the interiors, are adorned with soft lighting, echoing the crown motif. The tea room blends traditional and unique elements with a new school Chinese style, boasting textured materials and distinctive light fixtures.

The design balances order and randomness with straight lines and natural patterns. The host’s bedroom combines hotel elements with car interior-like materials and rose gold titanium strips for a custom feel.

Sintered stone slabs mimic natural marble and resist seaside climate effects. Throughout, textured materials promote relaxation, while light strips and matte black walls in the office create a floating illusion and visually expand the space.
