Designing a modern house for a young tech-savvy international couple with small children who sought a serene interior which balanced home life, work, and entertaining.
BRIEF
Assure was asked by a young couple to design clean functional interiors that incorporated indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project was a new construction in a family compound created with Assure’s input.
The clients and their growing family were to move from an apartment in Miami Beach to a large house which was tailored to their requirements. As part of life with young children the clients requested two separate family rooms and a playroom.
The husband from a tech background wanted a very smart home and Assure aimed to deliver this without sacrificing style.
A home office needed to be flexible for both clients, an entrepreneur, and a fashion executive, to work from home as needed.
The wife, who works in the fashion industry, is an accomplished cook and this space was specially tailored to her culinary needs.
Assure has delivered a supremely comfortable, stylish, and functional house for their clients. Everyone has their own space, the layered tactile materials suit Miami climate and the crisply decorate
