The M Boutique Hotel reimagines a 1980s seaside complex into a contemporary, design-led destination that embodies modern Cypriot hospitality. The 77-room hotel blends functionality and refined luxury through a palette inspired by nature and local textures. Once defined by white plaster facades and minimal character, the complex has been revitalised into a cohesive architectural landmark. Two renovated wings integrate with a new central building, creating a dialogue between old and new. Original features such as circular staircases with fluted walls were preserved, while raw concrete, earth-toned plaster, and warm wood details establish a calm, grounded aesthetic. The new building forms the social heart of the hotel, hosting the reception, restaurant, panoramic bar, spa, and gym, spaces designed for connection and wellbeing. Guest rooms balance intimacy and elegance, with select suites offering plunge pools and shaded terraces framed by timber pergolas. Natural materials, soft lighting, and lush landscaping create tranquillity, while the play of light and shadow enhances texture and form, reflecting Cyprus’s warm, coastal atmosphere and timeless charm.
