Recreational resort designed as a midscale lifestyle destination where hospitality and nature merge into a single environment. The concept is built on the idea that silence is never empty—nature’s rhythms help guests slow down and reconnect with themselves. The territory is carefully organized into functional zones that follow the natural relief, while a central pier becomes the emotional and logistical core that links wellness, recreation, and residential clusters.
The venue includes a hotel block, glamping units, private residences, boathouses, a floating bathhouse, sports areas, and secluded pavilions. The SPA and restaurant form the sensory center of the project, offering thermal experiences, treatments, outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, and terraces overlooking the Istra Reservoir. Natural materials and soft architectural forms enhance the calming effect of the environment.
38 compact houses with shared gazebos and fire zones offer comfort with privacy, while 13 larger residences provide a more secluded stay. Nearly a quarter of the territory is dedicated to recreation, reinforcing the project’s philosophy of harmony between human lifestyle, wellness, and the surrounding landscape.
