The design of this home respects the region’s rich architectural history while blending seamlessly with its lush, tropical surroundings. The custom-built pier connects the home to the water, reflecting the peaceful yet sophisticated atmosphere of the location.
The design of Reef House focuses on the individuality of the clients, ensuring the space serves not just functional needs, but also their personal lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. Architects understand that each client has a unique relationship with their environment, and it’s essential to weave their individuality into the fabric of the home. The use of natural materials, such as warm stone, reflects this philosophy, grounding the home in a sense of permanence and connection to its surroundings. Light, elegant facades are complemented by carefully chosen outdoor furniture, providing a sense of openness and harmony with Coral Gables' coastal environment.
