Conceived as a real estate proposal for a high-profile international audience, this waterfront residence in Miami stands out for its architectural strategy that balances mass and transparency. The design features two concrete volumes beneath a cantilevered roof and a glazed central space that houses the social areas. This relationship defines both the spatial organization and the interior experience.
The program is distributed across two levels and accommodates up to fifteen guests. A glass bridge spans the double-height social space. The material palette includes marble, natural stone, wood ceilings, lattice screens, and indoor planters that bring vegetation into the living environment.
Beyond its formal expression, the design responds to the site's climate through a highly resilient structure capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions without compromising comfort or aesthetic integrity.
