A seven-year renovation has brought Wroclaw's landmark, the Grand Hotel, back to life. Designers have created interiors reflecting the hotel's over a century of history, harking back to the Art Deco and Art Nouveau eras. Many details also reference Wroclaw's architecture from the early 20th century. A second source of inspiration was the Swiss hotel brand itself, with its rich culinary heritage.
Designers titled their concept "Feast of Senses," clearly indicating that the project aimed to engage sight, taste, smell, touch, and hearing. It's not just a sweet buffet at the entrance, a striking bar, and a prominent restaurant. It's also about the richness and diversity of materials and contrasting textures. The interiors feature brass, veneers, pressed glass, ceramics, stone, cozy fabrics, and rugs – things that are pleasant to touch and that polish beautifully.
Mövenpick Grand Hotel Wroclaw is an ideal place for both tourists (just a short walk from the Old Town Square and major landmarks) and business travelers (the hotel features a spacious conference hall, and its location opposite the entrance to the main railway station makes business trips significantly easier).
