Yumenomori is our first completed project in Japan, curated from Europe. Here, we explored how contemporary architecture can naturally continue the traditional Japanese dialogue between the home, the person, and the surrounding landscape. Clean lines, restrained solutions, and a thoughtful approach to natural light create a space that evolves throughout the day and seasons — calm, sincere, and deeply connected to its environment.
A defining feature of Yumenomori is the Japanese rock garden, not placed beside the architecture but woven directly into it. The stones, composition, and geometry became part of the architectural language — a spatial element that organizes views, creates visual calm, and strengthens the relationship between interior and exterior.
Yumenomori stands proudly in a seismically active zone, with its architectural structure being a testament to cutting-edge engineering and adaptive design. Carefully selected materials like travertine, stone, and wood come together to build a structure that feels both grounded and ethereal, with every detail thought out to enhance the relationship between architecture and the context of the site.
