Level 19 houses IL Forno, an all-day à la carte Italian trattoria offering a fresh, made-to-order chef/customer experience. The double-height space features exposed steel columns with rusted bolts and rivets, preserved as part of the design. A large skylit steel and louvered roof spans the floor, colliding with a second roof forming the Island Bar. Within this volume is The Lounge—a walled, open-top structure with framed views to the roof above. The restaurant is zoned: Bar at the entrance, Lounge central, and Kitchen at the far end near the terrace. The Bar includes deep counters for dining, lounge seating, communal tables, and a pink gantry adding vibrancy. It connects to a terrace and can host private events. The Lounge offers a cozy club-like setting for private or casual use. The show kitchen is elevated, interactive, and backed up by a hidden commissary kitchen on a mezzanine floor accessed via a mid-level catwalk. A spiral stair on the outside of the building links the terrace to the rooftop pool bar. A glass floor around the staircase offers dramatic views to the street below.
