Located in the heart of Krasnodar, Mamuli was envisioned as a new type of dining experience — one that would celebrate Georgia’s rich cultural identity while appealing to a sophisticated, modern audience. The challenge for us lay in avoiding predictable “ethnic” motifs, instead crafting a design language that felt authentic yet forward-thinking.
We approached the project as a dialogue between the past and the present. The design concept centers around warmth, tactility, and symbolism — transforming traditional references into refined contemporary expressions. Warm-toned finishes, natural textures, and handcrafted details envelop visitors in a sense of comfort and hospitality.
The result is a space that transcends the notion of a restaurant. Mamuli stands as a cultural statement — a modern interpretation of Georgian tradition, where every texture, light, and form contributes to a cohesive sensory journey. Since its opening, it has become one of Krasnodar’s most distinctive dining destinations, offering guests more than a meal — an experience steeped in authenticity, comfort, and artistry.
