Located on the hotel’s top floor, Nuage Restaurant is conceived as an architectural response to the sunset—an interior that engages directly with light, time, and horizon. Its linear plan follows the skyline, guiding perspective toward the panoramic view while maintaining an uninterrupted spatial flow. The palette is drawn from the gradients of dusk, where warm tones fade into cooler depths, translating the atmosphere of twilight into material expression. Textured ceilings and wall claddings register the sun’s final reflections, creating layered transitions of color and shadow as daylight recedes. As the evening progresses, the ambience shifts from luminous to introspective, emphasizing rhythm and tone rather than ornament. Stone, metal, and timber are combined with upcycled materials, ensuring durability and reducing environmental footprint. The design turns the natural spectacle of the sunset into a spatial performance—an architectural composition defined by balance, precision, and the quiet drama of light.
