Touessrok Soul Kitchen (TSK) is an immersive all-day dining restaurant, designed to reflect the warmth and character of a Mauritian home. The space is divided into four distinct zones— The Kitchen, The Dining Room, The Conservatory, and The Library—each with its own unique identity yet part of a cohesive experience. The kitchen houses a number of interactive live cooking stations that bring the space to life during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Light filled Conservatory, and a thoughtfully curated botanical Library bring an inviting and residential feel with intimate and cozy nooks to the guests wherever they may choose to be seated. An indoor dining area opens out onto an alfresco outdoor terrace adorned with lush tropical potted plants. Terrace offers panoramic views over the pool and glimpses of Hibiscus Beach, inviting guests to relax as if they were at home in rattan and wood armchairs, plush banquettes or contemporary wicker dining chairs with ceiling fans whirling silently overhead.
With a focus on local flavors, cultural storytelling, and immersive dining, TSK is more than a restaurant—it is the soul of Le Touessrok, where design and gastronomy seamlessly unite.
