Access to function spaces is via lift banks at the rear, linking to guestrooms above. This circulation zone has been transformed into a vibrant display of local street art, with graffiti artist Jeffr’ creating murals along pathways and key corridors. His work forms a bold backdrop to the breakout kitchen in the pre-function space.
Two kitchen blocks anchor this area, featuring overhead gantries and custom millwork with concealed refrigeration. Finishes include rusted iron and steel-effect porcelain tiles, enhancing the industrial design.
Though set within low-ceilinged volumes, the pre-function and multi-function areas offer immersive treetop views beyond the building. Mirrored panels on columns and ceilings, along with floor patterns that echo the leaf canopy, bring the outdoors in.
Meeting rooms have full-height glazed walls or mirrored frames, with sliding glass doors leading to landscaped patios. This design celebrates the site’s industrial heritage, urban greenery, and street art culture, creating a contemporary setting in the heart of the city.
