Farm Table, part of the Seven Lakes landscape complex, is a waterside restaurant built around a single-source kitchen and a devotion to local ingredients. Centered on fish from the property’s own lakes and seasonal farm produce, its “honest taste” philosophy celebrates simplicity, purity, and Ukrainian culinary roots.
The interior embraces this ethos through natural textures, lightness, and a calming, tactile atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a guillotine opening system dissolve the boundary between dining room and garden, while the open kitchen turns cooking into a shared experience.
Ukrainian red sandstone from the Terebovlia quarry defines the space — used for floors, communal tables, the bar, and a sculptural wine display carved from a solid monolith. Rarely applied indoors, its warm, grainy texture and deep wine tone become the restaurant’s signature, paired with light wood and soft linen.
Oversized tubs with local pine trees and circular skylights blur interior and landscape even further, adding a subtle cosmic softness to the minimalist geometry.
