A warm, restrained material palette sets the tone, while a sculptural staircase becomes the central symbolic gesture of the house. The layout unfolds as a calm, continuous flow of spaces. Large glass facades blur the line between indoors and outdoors, while the common areas transition naturally from one zone to another. Textures, volumes, and sightlines are arranged to maintain balance and visual clarity, with the staircase anchoring the entire composition. Light, travertine, oak, and brass work together to shape an atmosphere made for contemplation, connection, and everyday beauty. The home becomes a harmonious dialogue between nature and architecture — a serene, enduring living experience.
