Set within the restored Goods Shed No. 5, the development features 277 guest rooms and a collection of branded residences, blending biophilic design principles with the warmth of natural materials and light.
Over 2,000 salvaged elements from the original maritime structure have been reused, alongside 4,500 m² of reclaimed timber and 7,000 plants that bring life to the interiors. Natural ventilation, recycled finishes and soft daylight nurture wellbeing while expressing a philosophy of renewal.
Spaces such as the arcade, Crane Bar & Lounge and its restaurant unfold as sensory journeys, combining greenery, reclaimed textures and daylight to evoke calm and connection. An art program throughout the hotel explores renewal, ecology and heritage, linking the Yarra’s story to its environment.
