Inspired by the fluid and dynamic form of a manta ray, this waterfront villa seamlessly merges spaciousness with elegance, creating an expansive yet uncluttered living environment.
The task was ambitious: to create a large-volume structure that exudes lightness and fluidity. The manta ray shape provided the perfect muse, giving rise to a 4,700 m2 residence that feels both airy and dynamic. This southern-facing villa benefits from abundant natural light, which informed the use of yacht-inspired interior principles. The result is an interior that feels open and expansive, mimicking the spaciousness one might find on a luxury yacht.
Manta's architecture, inspired by nautical themes, also embraces practical solutions like awnings and pergolas on its numerous terraces. These features provide shade and style, making outdoor spaces as inviting as the interiors. The extensive terraces blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, offering breathtaking views of the coastal landscape.
