Monolith is a residence with a strong sculptural character, built in white concrete and noble materials such as natural stone and American walnut. Its architecture of clean lines and defined angles integrates elegantly into the sloping landscape, becoming almost imperceptible from certain viewpoints thanks to native vegetation and stone façade cladding.
The main entrance, through a large concrete and walnut door, leads into a luminous interior where natural light takes center stage. Exposed concrete walls and ceilings, together with continuous microcement floors, create a sober and cohesive atmosphere. The living area features a powerful monolithic element: the dining table and kitchen island, executed as a single concrete piece weighing approximately 4,500 kg.
The house opens to the exterior through a motorized glazed corner spanning more than twenty meters, transforming the interior into a large porch. A handcrafted white concrete helical staircase connects the levels and acts as a central sculptural piece. In the private areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are conceived as integrated monolithic spaces.
